The American Dry Martini

This is the one those guys on “Mad Men” were always drinking at ten in the morning. We recommend that you wait until at least noon. Gin or vodka, straight up. Finished with a stuffed olive or lemon twist.


The drink that made James Bond famous. Or did he make the drink famous? Whatever. A couple of these and you’ll think you’re famous. Three and you’re likely to be notorious. Gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc. Finished with a lemon twist. And, of course, it’s shaken, not stirred.

The Sinatra

Any true Frank-o-phile knows that Sinatra’s favorite color was orange. Gin. Vodka. A splash of orange liqueur and a dash of Cointreau. Like its namesake, it’s smooth and melodious, but still manages to pack quite a punch.

Stay for Breakfast

The “Breakfast of Champions” or just a damn tasty drink. Not sure, but you can’t go wrong either way. Baileys Espresso Creme, Cantera Negra Cafe, Butterscotch Schnapps.

The Purple Haze

With a tip of the old Fedora to Jimi Hendrix, we offer you Wheatley vodka, a bit of blue curaçao and cranberry juice shaken until it’s a lovely shade of deep purple. Then we garnish it with a hit of blotter acid. Nah, just kidding. Besides, it’s much prettier with a lemon twist.

The Timotini

This little award-winner is the brainchild of our beloved Timo. Orange vodka. Coconut rum. Melon liqueur. Banana liqueur. Orange and pineapple juices. Not only delicious, but it’ll prevent scurvy, too.

Lemon Drop

It really doesn’t get much sweeter than this. It’s just about the perfect cocktail if you hate the taste of liquor, but still want to feel its full effect. 360 Citrus vodka. Triple Sec. Sweet and sour. Splash of lemonade. Wanna get jiggery with it? Try it in blueberry, raspberry, strawberry or peach.

The Espresso

Boy, oh, boy, there’s nothing more fun than a wide awake drunk. And this’ll get the job done. 360 Vanilla vodka. Kona coffee liqueur. Espresso. Shaken and served in a chilled martini glass.

Brown Sugar Mocha

One of the only drinks you can’t find at Starbucks.. WELL at least for now. Woodford Reserve, Creme de Cacao, Espresso, Brown Sugar Simple.

The Nutty Colada

Nuttin’ to joke about here folks! Just “Crack” open your wallet, “Shell” out a few bucks and you won’t be disappointed. Vanilla Vodka, Pistachio Syrup, Amaretto, Cream.

Jason's Smoked MANhattan

A little smoke does the trick. These things are just amazing. Barrel-aged Woodford Rye. Sweet vermouth. Peychauds Bitters. Luxardo cherry. Stirred and served in smoked coupe glass. This drink is in memory of one of our original owners and beloved friend.

The "Magic M"

This one is for our favorite rental company owner! He found it here and asks for it wherever he goes. Raspberry vodka, raspberry liquor and pineapple juice. Shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass. Top it off with a splash of champagne. “Cheers!”

The "Old Fashioned" Old Fashioned

Aptly named, The Old Fashioned goes back to the 19th century. Back then it was simple and sweet, without all the muddled fruit. This is a whiskey cocktail for folks who actually like whiskey. Club Soda’s Private Select bourbon. Gomme syrup. Peychauds bitters. Flamed orange peel. Luxardo cherry. On the rocks.

Black Cherry Old Fashioned​

A little more fruit than the “Old Fashioned” Old Fashioned, but, oh my, what a wonderful concoction. Club Soda Private Select bourbon. Black cherry syrup. Peychauds bitters. Flamed orange peel. Luxardo cherry. On the rocks.

Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned

Our nutty little twist on an old favorite. Woodford Reserve Bourbon. Rivulet. Homemade Cinnamon Syrup. Orange Bitters. Toasted orange peel. Luxardo cherry. Oh yeah and we smoke the glass for that added touch!

Lavender 75

Our take on the French 75, one of the most classic cocktails of all time. Classy and oh, so refreshing. Empress 1890 gin. Hotel Tango limoncello. Lavender infused simple syrup. Bubbly. Lemon juice. Shaken and served in a coupe glass.

The Drunken Johnny

A little unknown fact, Johnny Appleseed was a huge Margarita Monday fan and we thought we would do him a solid and blend a few of his apples into this creation. Exotico Tequila, Cointreau, Fresh Lime, Apple Cider, Agave.

Italian Boulevard

Pizza, Pasta, Wine.. The Italians are genius at creating tasty delights and this is no exception with a little Club Soda twist. Bardstown Origin Series Bourbon, Aperol, Sweet Vermouth.

Pretty in Pink

Uncertain the muse of John Hughes, however 3 of these will leave anyone thinking they could masterpiece a box office hit. Citrus Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Rosemary Simple, Sour, Soda.

Pomegranate Gin Fizz

Herbs, fresh fruit, dairy and protein. I wouldn’t doubt if 4/5 doctors and all of our bartenders would recommend this cocktail. Hendricks Gin, Fresh Lemon, Pomegranate Liquor, Eggs Whites, Simple.

Strawberry Haze

Jimi Hendrix. Stevie Ray Vaughn. Purple Haze. Strawberry Haze. Read the Purple Haze description and it’ll all make perfect sense. Or not. Cruzan strawberry rum. Muddled basil. Sweet & sour. Lime juice. Squeeze of lemon. Club soda. On the rocks.

The Hennessy Margarita

Seriously. Just one Hennessy Margarita and you may never drink tequila again. Careful, though. They’re pretty quaffable. And potent. Make sure you’ve got cab fare. Hennessy cognac. Amaretto. Orange curacao. Fresh orange juice. Fresh lime. juice. Splash of Sweet and Sour. On the rocks.

Black Cherry Basil Margarita

These things are just freakin’ delicious. And that’s all that needs to be said about that. Exotico tequila. Triple Sec. Black cherry syrup. Sweet & sour. Lime juice. A hint of fresh basil. On the rocks.

This is a special cocktail to our Club Soda staff. The only thing better than this cocktail is the beautiful friend of ours that introduced us to it. Titos Vodka. Lemonade. Float of Grand Marnier.
