It starts an eight ounce American Kobe beef patty and four ounces of crispy Pork Belly. Then we piled on some smashed avocado, stilton bleu cheese, a dollop of caramelized onion-bacon jam, and serve it on a toasted brioche bun. Voila! It ends with a big knife stuck right through it’s heart.
